If anyone else is playing with the vCloud PHP SDK, I've put a copy of the documentation that is in the download file at http://andy.eduservlab.net/vcloud/php-sdk/docs/. It's quite useful.

I presume this info is somewhere on the VMware site but I couldn't find it :-(.
